Someplace in the middle of the show, the boiler room rises up from under the stage and fills the entire proscenium. It is a representation of Hell, for lack of a better term, in which acrobats swing from chains and jump from ramp to ramp on BMX bikes while the fairy princess descends from the ceiling in a glass bubble. The theatre, show and sets were designed by Mark Fisher for the Chinese government.
